Bio!

Benjamin Franklin Dyer passed away in 1950, the year I was born. My natural father, a veteran of WWII, out of the U.S. Navy only 4 years, snatched away from us.

In 1955, Mom married Alan Maury Razovsky, an electrical engineer at TVA.

My new dad took a job in the Philippines, where I attended an international school.

By the time I was 18, my parents had dragged me around to 29 countries. That’s where my ear for cultural nuance comes from. You’ll get a sense of it in my novels.

Fast forward to 1986. I founded a computer software company. We did well enough that I was able to retire early. I started writing, and here we are.

In recent news, Linda and I (married 50 years) are raising 2 dogs from puppyhood, again. It’s a hoot.

Nice to see you here. Thanks for browsing.
